As a Port of Subs® Franchise Owner, you’ll own and operate one or more restaurants under a trusted national brand while receiving comprehensive support in site selection, construction, operations, training, and marketing from both the Port of Subs corporate team and your Virginia-based Regional Developer.

Estimated Initial Investment: $419,895 – $856,875 (includes franchise fee, build-out, equipment, signage, training, and working capital)

Franchise Fee: $25,000 (Veterans receive 50% discount and individuals who commit to developing multiple units receive additional incentives)

Royalty Fee: 6% of gross sales

Brand Fund Fee: 1% of gross sales

Local Marketing Fee: 3% of gross sales

Financing support is available through SBA 7(a) loan programs and 401(k) Roll-Over for Business Startup (ROBS) funding, with cash injection requirements typically ranging from 10–30% of total project cost.
